Definition Paragraph

Write a definition blog in a paragraph.  The topic sentence must include the topic, category/group, and characteristics.  Be sure to support your topic sentence with supporting details of facts, examples, statistics, and/or stories.  The supporting sentences may give additional facts telling who, what, where, when, how, or why.  The concluding sentence may state why the topic is important, interesting, or unique.

How has your life changed since you came to the US? What are you doing differently? Example:  Are you eating differently? Are you thinking differently?  Do you speak differently? Be sure to write accurate sentences.

Write a blog about yourself.  Tell me something interesting.  Consider writing about your favorite memory, activity, or word.  Perhaps you'll want to write about your future dream.  Be creative and specific in giving me interesting information about you.
